- Cancellations of Proxy Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing period. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Service Downtime: If there are any issues with the proxy service, our support team will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner. 3. Trial Periods
