However, because we offer digital services and products, we have a clear no-refund policy. Below, we will explain our policy in detail so you can understand how it applies to you.

1. Overview of Synthix Labs’ No Refund Policy

Synthix Labs offers a variety of digital services, including web development, app development, proxy services, and other business solutions. These services are provided to you as digital products, which are delivered and accessed instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods and services, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a transaction has been completed.

2. Why Do We Have a No-Refund Policy?

At Synthix Labs, our no-refund policy is in place because we offer services that, once delivered, are fully consumed by the customer. Digital services such as web development or proxy services are accessed and used as soon as they are delivered, and there is no way for us to reclaim or “take back” the service. Once a customer accesses the service, it cannot be returned or resold, making refunds unfeasible.

We understand that some customers may have concerns about purchasing services online without the option of a refund, but we want to reassure you that our services are of the highest quality and backed by our commitment to customer satisfaction. We encourage all potential customers to thoroughly review our service offerings, ask any questions before purchasing, and take advantage of our comprehensive product information to ensure they are getting the exact services they need.

3. Refunds Not Available for Digital Services

Given the nature of digital services, including our web development, app development, and proxy services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a transaction has been processed and the service has been delivered, the transaction is considered final. We highly recommend that you review the following points before making any purchases:

  • Web Development & App Development Services: These services involve custom work, consultations, and designs that are tailored specifically to your business or project. Once you purchase and begin working with us, we begin developing your solution. These services cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Proxy Services: Our proxy services, once activated, allow immediate access to our network of proxies. Since these are services that are used immediately, we do not offer refunds once they are provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

While our standard policy is a no-refund policy for digital services, we understand that there may be some rare cases where a customer feels they have not received the product or service they expected. In these exceptional circumstances, we may review the case on a case-by-case basis. This could involve:

  • Non-Delivery of Services: If, due to an error on our part, you do not receive the digital product or service as described, you may contact our support team. We will investigate and, if necessary, provide an alternative or a refund.

  • Technical Issues or Service Failures: If there are technical issues with the services provided (e.g., web development projects not functioning as intended, or proxy service failures), we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. However, if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may consider offering an alternative service or work with you to come to a resolution.

  • Failed Payments: If you are charged incorrectly due to system errors or payment processing failures, we will resolve the issue immediately by issuing a refund or correcting the billing error.

5. How Refund Requests are Handled

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception to our no-refund policy, please follow the procedure outlined below:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at support@synthixlabs.com. Be sure to include the following information:

    • Your account details and transaction ID
    • The specific issue you are encountering
    • Any relevant documentation or proof related to the issue
  2. Investigation: Our team will investigate your claim and work with you to resolve the issue. This process may take up to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the matter.

  3. Resolution: After the investigation, if we determine that the issue is caused by an error on our part, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include an alternative service or, in exceptional cases, a partial or full refund.

Please note that if the issue does not meet the criteria for a refund or alternative service, we will do our best to resolve it by offering additional support to ensure the service works as expected.

6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

If you have subscribed to any of our ongoing services (such as proxy services or subscription-based solutions), please note that all subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your subscription before it renews, you must do so by contacting us at support@synthixlabs.com at least 5 business days before the renewal date.

If you choose to cancel a subscription before the next renewal date, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. However, please note that we cannot provide refunds for charges that have already been made.

7. Payment and Billing Disputes

If you believe that a charge made to your account was incorrect, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team immediately. We will investigate and address any billing discrepancies. However, please understand that all payments are final once processed, and we will not issue a refund unless the circumstances meet our exceptional criteria as outlined in section 4.

If you choose to dispute a charge with your payment provider or bank, please be aware that we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service during the investigation of the dispute. We also reserve the right to charge an administrative fee if the dispute is found to be invalid.

8. Product or Service Changes

Synthix Labs is committed to continuously improving and upgrading our services. As such, we may make updates or changes to our offerings at any time. These changes may include new features, service updates, or changes to the pricing structure.

However, these changes do not affect the application of our no-refund policy. You will always have access to the service you purchased for the duration of the subscription, but we cannot offer a refund if the service changes in ways that do not meet your expectations.

9. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription or terminate your contract with Synthix Labs, please follow these guidelines:

  • Subscription Services: If you are subscribed to a service (e.g., proxies), you can cancel the subscription before the renewal date. After cancellation, you will still have access to the service until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be provided.
  • Custom Development Services: If you have entered into a contract for web development, app development, or any custom project, and you wish to cancel, the fees for work already completed will be due in full. Cancellation may be subject to additional fees depending on the stage of the project.
